Abstract

Bank BRI's People's Business Credit (KUR) product is a product that is really needed for MSMEs which are now the center of the economy in a region, Bank BRI is one of the banks that offers KUR products with the largest allocation. Therefore, this research intends to determine the marketing tactics employed by Bank BRI to increase the number of KUR clients. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method based on primary data obtained through the interview stage. Based on the research results, it shows that Bank BRI uses the SWOT Marketing MIX analysis technique where by knowing the 7p owned by Bank BRI, Bank BRI can easily analyze SWOT (Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats) to increase the number of customers.
