Abstract
Based on preliminary studies, there were 6 out of 11 people interviewed who experienced mild stres. This research aims to determine the relationship between individual factors and work factors on work stres among PT X employees in 2024. This type of research is a cross sectional study. The research population was employees of PT Research instruments The Workplace Stres Scale, Job Demands Questionnaire, Nasa TLX, and Coworker Support Scale. Data analysis method using bivariate correlation Chi-square test. Based on the research results, it shows that the level of work stres among employees is 36.7% no work stres, 30% light work stres, 5% heavy work stres. There is no relationship between gender (p – value = 0.943), age (p – value = 0.874), level of education (p – value = 0.218), length of service (p – value = 0.218), Mental Workload (p – value = 0.196) Job Demands (p – value = 0.109), coworker support (p – value = 0.288) on work stres. It can be concluded that there is no relationship between individual factors and work factors on work stres at PT X. It is recommended that companies create morning exercise activities to reduce workers' work stres levels.
