Abstract

PT. XYZ is a company that manufactures plastic automotive parts and is continually evolving. PT. XYZ only having performance evaluations from a financial perspective is considered insufficient as a performance measurement tool. This is because many factors can affect a company's ongoing operations, and therefore, financial performance evaluation alone is not adequate to maintain the company's performance in the long term. This research aims to design comprehensive performance evaluation tools for the company using Key Performance Indicators (KPI) based on the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) perspective, weighted using the Fuzzy AHP method, and assess the company's recent period performance using the Objective Matrix scoring system. There were 7 respondents from the company who assisted in designing the KPIs and participated in the Fuzzy AHP weighting process. The research findings indicate that the Internal Business Process perspective has the highest weight compared to other perspectives, at 0.464, and the KPI with the highest weight is KPI.PBI.4 (Delayed Delivery). Scoring results using OMAX showed the company's performance at 79%, categorizing PT. XYZ's performance in the green category, which indicates good performance.
