Abstract
PT Spora Cahaya is a technology startup in Indonesia that provides electric vehicle design engineering services, electric vehicle customization and electric vehicle conversion. Seeing the potential for a very significant increase in the use of electric motorbikes in Indonesia, PT Spora Cahaya plans to open a Micro Mobility (MiMo) business unit, namely electric motorbikes with designs that can be customized according to customer wishes and specifically designed to adapt to whatever is needed, such as Use it for traveling in the city, for work, delivery, logistics and home services. To ensure the feasibility and success of this electric motorbike business, it is necessary to carry out a business feasibility analysis in terms of non-financial aspects, financial aspects, sensitivity analysis and sales strategy. The results of the financial aspect calculations are determined in three sensitivity conditions, namely best, optimistic and pessimistic. The calculation results for these three conditions are considered appropriate because they meet the requirements where the NPV value is > 1, PP < 5 years, PI > 1, and IRR > Disc Rate (6.25%). Non-financial aspects include market aspects, technical and management aspects, environmental and social aspects, and legal aspects. The results of the sales strategy design using a lean canvas consisting of 12 elements are expected to help companies understand the potential of the Micro Mobility (MiMo) business.
