Abstract

This study is quantitative research that aims to determine the influence of convenience, trust, and service quality on Tiket.com purchase decisions. The population in this study is people in DKI Jakarta who use Tiket.com. The sample size is as many as 100 respondents, with a non-probability sampling method, especially purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires online using Google Form media. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive and inferential analysis using the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tool with SmartPLS software. The results of this study show that (1) ease of use has no effect on purchase decisions with an original sample value of 1,175 (2) reliability has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions with an original sample value of 3,138 (3) service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with an original sample value of 2,978.
