Abstract

The modern banking industry requires Islamic banks to coexist with conventional banks in order to thrive, remain competitive, and consistently enhance their capabilities in order to win over clients' confidence and interest in the high calibre of goods and services they provide, including financing products with mudharabah contracts. The purpose of this study is to determine the marketing tactics used by Bank Syariah Indonesia Kcp Jakarta Fatmawati to promote financing products with mudharabah contracts in order to meet goals and grow its clientele. This study used a qualitative descriptive research methodology based on primary data collected through interviews. Based on research findings, Bank Syariah Indonesia Kcp Jakarta Fatmawati uses mudharabah contracts as part of its financing product marketing strategy to reach its target customer base. The 7P product marketing mix (product, promotion, place, price, people, process, and tangible evidence) is used in this strategy.
