Abstract
This research is quantitative research conducted at PT XYZ. This research aims to determine and prove the influence of workload on employee performance, the influence of the work environment on employee performance, and the influence of work motivation on employee performance. This research uses primary data with a sample of all 59 employees of PT XYZ production division. The data analysis technique used is the Partial Least Square (PLS) method via the Smart PLS 4.0 application. The test results obtained in this research show that (1) Workload has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance; (2) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (3) Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.
