Abstract

Currently, Mujigae Restaurant is one of the Korean restaurants that has remained in the first rank of the market leader from 2020 to 2023 and this is certainly the impact of the development of the Korean Wave phenomenon in the food sector. However, it is unfortunate that in recent years the percentage of purchases at Mujigae Restaurant has increased and decreased. This is caused by changes in Mujigae Restaurant customer loyalty. So, the purpose of this study is to analyze how much influence religiosity, halal label, price and product quality have on Korean food customer loyalty at Mujigae Restaurant. This study uses a quantitative approach with the data used, namely 130 people who live in the Jabodetabek area and have made purchases at least 2 times at Mujigae Restaurant. Sampling with non-probability sampling with purposive sampling and data analysis techniques using partial least square (PLS) using SmartPLS 4.0 software with outer model and inner model used in data testing. The results in this study are religiosity and halal labeling each have no effect on customer loyalty. However, price and product quality each have an effect on customer loyalty.
