Abstract
The purpose of this writing is to find out the procedure for the submission of reimbursement claims on employees of 1Export Indonesia. This writing uses a qualitative descriptive analysis method, a technique used in the collection of information data through data collection methods such as observation, interview and documentation. 1Export Indonesia is a multinational company engaged in export and import. 1Export Indonesia has one of the facilities. This is the reimbursement as an allowance for employees. The allowances are transport, food and beverage allowances provided by 1Export Indonesia. The results of this paper show that the procedure for submitting reimbursement claims starts from the initial stage of filling out a form that must be in accordance with the application of policies that have been made by the company.
