Abstract
Public sector entities, such as ministries, have the responsibility to provide services to the public, funded by the state or regional budgets (APBN/APBD). This study explores the implementation of direct contractual payments (LS) at the Secretariat of BARENBANG, Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia, assessing its compliance with applicable regulations. This Final Report aims to identify the parties involved, the required documents, and the flow of direct payments (LS) at the Secretariat of BARENBANG, Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia. Data and information were collected through interviews, observations, documentation, and literature studies, and then analyzed descriptively and qualitatively, using the methods of reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the direct payment (LS) procedure at the Secretariat of BARENBANG, Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia has been implemented in accordance with the prevailing regulations.
