Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the connection between consumer behavior of iPhone that personal factors and social factors that encourage consumers to make purchasing decisions to iPhone. Personal factors are influence by lifestyle, personality and selt-concept. Social factors are influence by the family, the role and status. There are five steps in making purchasing decisions, there are recognition issues, searching information, evaluation of alternatives, purchase decision and post-purchase behavior. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of partial and simultaneous personal factors and social factors on purchase decision. Data collection techniques is using primary data by spreading questionnaires to 100 respondents. That sampling technique in this research is non probability sampling with purposive sampling method. Analysis techniques using multiple regression analysis. Results of this study partially and simultaneously personal factors and social factors is positive effect and significant impact on purchasing decisions iPhone in Bintaro Jaya South Tangerang.
