Abstract
Hospitals as health service institutions increasingly rely on information technology to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of services. Therefore, Dr. Suyoto Hospital uses information systems to carry out daily work. Based on the results of the pre-survey, questionnaires were distributed to 30 users of information system Dr. Suyoto Hospital can conclude that 86.7% of employees actively use the information system on a daily basis, as many as 60% of employees experience problems in operating the information system, as many as 56.7% of employees state that the existing facilities in the hospital information system are inadequate for use, 56 .6% of employees stated that they were uncomfortable and did not enjoy the visual display of the information system, and 66.6% of employees stated that they experienced problems in the form of a system that did not respond to using the system. This study aims to determine the level of use and acceptance of information system Dr. Suyoto Hospital and provided recommendations in the form of interface design. The benefits of this research are providing information regarding the implementation of the UTAUT2 model on the level of acceptance and use as well as evaluation results as considerations for decision making, information that is useful for optimizing the use of the Dr. Suyoto Hospital system. The modeling used in this research is the Unified Theory Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT2) model with data analysis using the PLS-SEM method and SmartPLS software. This quantitative research has a sample size of 135 employees who use hospital information systems. The results of the analysis show that behavioral intention are influenced by aspects of performance expectations by 2.6%, effort expectations by 19.4%, social influence by 0.3%, facilitating conditions by 31.2%, hedonic motivation by 4.9%, and habit of 34.4%. Meanwhile, user behavior is influenced by facilitating conditions by 22.4%, habit was 13.6%, and behavioral intention was 53.2%.
