Abstract

This research was carried out with the aim of studying and understanding the processes that has been done by the Perindo Party in carrying out the political marketing process, especially through Gerobak Perindo Programs. This program can directly contribute to the community through campaign activities in the form of providing direct assistance, namely business capital tools such as free carts as a means or forum for lower class communities and UMKM traders who are considered economically disadvantaged. After the Street Vendors Merchant provides the requirements requested by the Perindo Party, The merchant immediately receives free carts with new branding of the cart which is given a logo, banners and visuals which refer the Perindo Party. This program can provide benefits to parties from the Perindo Party side who receive promotions through the carts provided and also good positive interpretations for the party. Researchers use the 4P Firmanzah political marketing mix theory, Product, Price, Promotion, Place in studying the political marketing program that Perindo Party doing. . However, in reality, up to now the Perindo Party has still not received maximum votes in the election contestation, according to writers, this has a correlation between the implementation of the political marketing process, one of the Perindo Party's programs, namely Gerobak Perindo where program should be implemented and what potential should be given more to this program. There were many problems that researchers found in how this program was run, starting from limited capital, the merchant who had no ties, carts that were sold and repainted, relationships that’s not have continuity between party constituents and traders and several other problems.
