Abstract
PT.ICP is a company operating in the textile sector. PT.ICP factory located in Pemalang, Central Java. The problems that occur at PT. ICP are excessive working hours and not achieving optimal productivity levels due to the factory's inability to meet all demand. For this reason, this research aims to calculate the optimal workforce according to the workload using the Work load analysis and Work force analysis methods. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that 6 operators had excessive workloads, in the OP 2 measurement decree the workload was 105.02%. In the OP 3 cutting SK the workload was 100.48%, in the OP 8 cutting SK the workload was 101.52%. In the Washing Decree OP 9 and 10 with a workload of 107.14% and 102.54%. Calculation of the optimal workforce using the Work force analysis method shows that it is recommended that PT.ICP's workforce be increased by 6 people.
