Abstract

This research discusses the influence of Civil Society in Cyberpolitics, in this case the Project Multatuli on the Image of the National Police Institution using Bret Schafer's theory of Civil Society in Cyberpolitics. Using descriptive quantitative research methods with primary and secondary data sources. This research uses a non-probability sampling technique. Researchers used 6 stages of testing for this research, namely, Validity Test, Reliability Test, Correlation Test, Simple Linear Regression Test, Coefficient of Determination Test, and finally Hypothesis Testing with the final result of this research being that the variables studied in this research have a level of closeness. which is quite low with a value of 0,240. Then Civil Society in Cyberpolitics has an influence of 5,7% on the Image of the National Police Institution which has been obtained from the results of the Coefficient of Determination Test, while the other 94,3% of the influence comes from the influence of other variables or factors not mentioned in this research. And the final results of the Hypothesis Test that the researcher carried out found that H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted, which means that there is an influence from Civil Society in Cyberpolitics on the Image of the National Police Institution.
