Abstract
The digital era or the era of globalization has significantly influenced almost every aspect of life, including the business world. The digital era, marked by advances in information and communication technology, is a key driver for business improvement. Currently, almost every company has utilized information and communication technology to support its business processes, including the business of shipping goods or expedition services. In relation to the shipping or expedition service business, PT. Yunita Setia Abadi is a company engaged in expedition services. However, PT. Yunita Setia Abadi has not fully optimized information technology, resulting in frequent errors in transaction processes such as customer records, invoice delivery, and communication related to business transaction processes. Therefore, the author is interested in conducting research with the title "Designing a UI/UX Expedition Service Application Based on a Website at PT. Yunita Setia Abadi Using the Design Thinking Method." This research aims to produce a UI/UX design for a website-based expedition service application that benefits users in obtaining information about the services of PT. Yunita Setia Abadi and improves the efficiency and effectiveness of the expedition service transaction system.
