Abstract
This research aims to. (1) Assess the impact of these CSR programs on the improvement and capacity of the community. (2) Explore collaboration models between the Company and Stakeholders in supporting skills improvement initiatives. (3) Analyze the factors that influence the success or failure of Citiasia Inc's CSR program in improving skills. (4) To find out the role of Citiasia Inc's CSR in improving the company's reputation through the education or training sector. In this research the author used a qualitative research method, where qualitative methods were used to obtain in-depth data in a single case study through the CSR program carried out by the Citiasia Company. Data collection methods in this research include interviews, documentation and observation. The results of the implementation of Citiasia Inc (PT Citiasia Internasional)'s corporate social responsibility have run smoothly and in accordance with Law no. 40 of 2007 concerning limited liability companies and ISO 26000 where companies have implemented their social responsibilities. The conclusion of this research is that Citiasia has a strategic role in improving the welfare of companies engaged in consulting and smart city management.
