Abstract
Problems faced by PT. Karya Utama Perdana is the absence of a complaint information system intended for tenants so that the complaint process that takes place is still carried out manually, therefore, the solution provided is in the form of a website-based complaint information system design at PT. PT. Karya Utama Perdana. The purpose of this study is to design a website-based complaint information system at PT. PT. Karya Utama Perdana. The benefit of this research is to make it easier for tenants to provide complaints, making the complaint process faster and smoother. The method used is the Waterfall method, in the analysis phase a problem classification will be carried out using PIECES analysis, the system design is modeled using a UML diagram, The platform on the system uses PHP programming language, and testing using the black box testing method. The results of this research are in the form of a website-based complaint information system that is expected to help PT. Karya Utama Perdana in maximizing the activities of the existing complaint process to facilitate and speed up the existing complaint process.
