Abstract
Capital structure is calculation of the funding sources for a business based on its ability to use debt and equity to operate. Indirectly, the implementation of the capital structure has been applied starting from Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). People's Business Credit Program is a manifestation of the government's attention to non-bankable MSMEs so that they can obtain credit as an option for capital services. Currently, rapid development of digital innovation has taken place. In facing changes in market demand patterns, the implementation of digitization and risk management will enable MSMEs to survive and cope with changes in market demand patterns. The aim of this research is to determine how the influence of digitization, people's business credit, and business risk management as independent variables affect the capital structure of MSMEs in Jakarta. A sample of 100 respondents was used with the purposive sampling. Techniques analysis used inferential analysis, and hypothesis testing was using the T-Test, R-Square, and Q-Square with SmartPLS 4.0. The results of this study show no influence between digitization and business risk management on the capital structure of MSMEs in Jakarta. Meanwhile, people's business credit has a significant influence on the capital structure of MSMEs in Jakarta.
