Abstract

This study is a quantitative study that aims to determine whether there is an influence of compensation, work discipline, and motivation on employee performance in hospitals. Hermina Jatinegara, East Jakarta. This study used 80 respondents, sampling techniques using random sampling techniques. The hypothesis in this study, namely to determine the influence both partially and mediated from variables X, Y, and Z, so that the test used, namely the coefficient of determination test t test. Furthermore, the results of the research obtained, namely: (1) Knowing and proving the effect of compensation on employee performance at Hermina Hospital. (2) Know and prove the influence of work discipline on employee performance at Hermina Hospital. (3) Know and prove the influence of motivation on employee performance at Hermina Hospital. (4) Know and prove compensation for employee performance through motivation at Hermina Hospital. (5) Know and prove work discipline on employee performance through motivation at Hermina Hospital.
