Abstract

The internet is very instrumental in facilitating the service process by providing accessibility and convenience in various administrative and communication activities. One example in this case is the presence of digital services to facilitate various affairs in the village such as Smart Village Nusantara. In its user, there are various different experiences, so this study aims to analyze and determine the user experience of using the Smart Village Nusantara website using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method. The stages in this research include a literature study, problem identification, population and sample identification, data analysis with SUS, listening to users, building Mock-Up, testing Mock-Up, and report preparation. The population in this study are visitors to the Smart Village Nusantara website and data collection here is done through questionnaires on Google Form distributed to research samples, namely the general public with an age range of 18 - 40 years. The results of this study show that, using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method on the current Smart Village Nusantara application, it was found that the average score obtained was around 61. This score indicates that the usability value of the Smart Village Nusantara application has not reached a level that can be considered successful or acceptable. This indicates that there are aspects of the Smart Village Nusantara application that still need to be improved to increase the usability of the application so that it can better meet user expectations and achieve the desired level of success.
