Abstract
This research aims to determine the effect of leadership style and workload on job satisfaction with work motivation as a mediating variable for employees of the Lembaga XYZ. This research used quantitative methods with 40 Lembaga XYZ employees as samples. This research uses a Structural Equation Model (SEM) and the data analysis process uses SmartPLS version 4.0 as a measurement tool. The test results showed that (1) there was an influence between leadership style on job satisfaction, (2) there was an influence between workload on job satisfaction, (3) there was an influence between leadership style on job satisfaction and work motivation as a mediating variable, (4) there was an influence between workload on job satisfaction and work motivation as a mediating variable, (5) there is an influence of work motivation on job satisfaction.
