Abstract
The incidence of work fatigue is caused by several factors that can influence a worker's work capacity in completing their work. The aim of this research is to determine the factors related to work fatigue among male educational staff at Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jakarta University. This research uses an analytical observational method with a cross-sectional design with a sample of 51 male educational staff at UPN “Veteran” Jakarta. The results of the study showed that there is a significant relationship between work period and the incidence of work fatigue (p = 0,008) in male educational staff at UPN “Veteran” Jakarta and that the shorter work period in male educational staff can increase the risk of work fatigue (OR = 5,714).
