Abstract

This research is a quantitative study that aims to test and prove "The Influence of Employee Engagement, Job Rotation and Job Promotion on Employee Job Satisfaction at Perum (Perusahaan Umum) Pusat BULOG Jakarta". The number of samples used in this research was 83 employees. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The research analysis technique uses the SmartPLS ver 4.0 tool. The test results prove that (1) partially employee engagement has a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction, (2) partially job rotation has a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction, (3) partially job promotion has a significant influence positive and significant on employee job satisfaction, and (4) simultaneously employee engagement, job rotation, and job promotions have a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction.
