Abstract
Background: Sectio Caesarea (SC) delivery is a method of removing the fetus through an incision in the abdominal wall and uterus. Delivery via SC procedure is based on medical indications from both the mother and the fetus, such as placenta previa, abnormal fetal position, and other indications that could threaten the safety of the mother and fetus. The postpartum period (Post Partum) is the period that begins after giving birth to the placenta and ends as long as the uterine devices have returned to normal, this can last approximately 6 weeks or 42 days. Primiparous and multiparous mothers have different needs. Multiparas will be more realistic in anticipating their physical limitations and can adapt more easily to their social roles and interactions. Post partum sectio caesarea mothers must be given intensive care and supervision, in order to prevent complications. Purpose: This research is to be able to provide nursing care to Mrs. T P1A0 with post partum sectio caesarea in the Poris Jaya area, Tangerang City. Methods: This study used the case study method in nursing care for clients Ny. T primipara with post partum section caesarea in the Poris Jaya area, Tangerang City from 21 February 2023 to 23 February 2023. Data collection was carried out by interview, observation or monitoring, and documentation. Keywords: Post Sectio caesarea, Primipara, Nursing care
