Abstract
The purpose of writing this final project is to find out how the position of the Pegadaian Digital Service application is in determining the right strategy to compete with competitiors using Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats (SWOT). The method of writing this Final Project is to use a qualitative descriptive method (descriptive research). The type of data is primary data with data sources from interviews with pawnshops and customers using pawnshop digital service applications as well as information from books, journals and websites. And using data collection techniques with the interview method. The results of this study indicate that the conditions and information observed with internal data and external data from Pegadaian Digital Service, internal factors in the Pegadaian Digital Service application consist of strengths and weaknesses, then external factors in the Pegadaian Digital Service application consist of of opportunities and threats. In the SWOT analysis of Pegadaian Digital Service, the position of the Pegadaian Digital Service application is in a growth position or an aggressive strategy in quadrant 1, which means that the use of the Pegadaian Digital Service application is in a stable and profitable growth position and can maintain the company's performance from existing competitors. As well as the Pegadaian Digital Service application using the SO (Strengths-Opportunity) strategy, this strategy will utilize the company's internal strengths to develop and optimize digital pawnshop services.
