Abstract

This research’s purpose is to determine and prove the influence of perceived organizational support and self efficacy toward organizational citizenship behavior mediated by job satisfaction. This research analyze 354 employees of e-wallet industry companies in South Jakarta. The SEM based PLS is chosen as data analysis technique in this study. The results of this study shows that (1) perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, (2) self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, (3) perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior mediated by job satisfaction, (4) self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior mediated by job satisfaction, (5) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior.
