Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine and prove the effect of Trading Volume Activity, Price Book Value, Price Earnings Ratio, and Earnings per Share on Stock Split Decision. The objects of this study are manufacture sector companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period 2018 – 2021. There are 105 companies with a total 420 sample through purposive sampling technique. The type of research was quantitative methods and panel data. The analytical technique used is logistic regression, descriptive statistics, Hosmer and Lemeshow’s Goodness of Fit test, multicollinearity test, coefficient of determination testing and partial hypothesis testing used (t-test) and simultaneous hypothesis used the F test. This study shows, according to the t-test with a significance level of 5%, there is significant positive effect of Price Book Value on Stock Split Decision, while Trading Volume Activity, Price Earnings Ratio, and Earnings per Share, does not have a positive effect on Stock Split Decision.
