Abstract
This research is a quantitative study with the aim of knowing and proving the influence of transformational leadership, work engagement, and organizational culture on turnover intention at PT XYZ. The population in this study were PT XYZ employees with the positions of growth managers, heads or department heads, and staff. Then determined the number of samples as many as 59 respondents and data collected by distributing questionnaires through the Google form. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis technique and inferential analysis using SmartPLS 3.2.9. (1) there is a negative and significant effect between transformational leadership on turnover intention which has an effect of -0.286, (2) there is a negative and significant effect between work engagement on turnover intention which has an effect of -0.278, (3) there is a negative and significant effect between culture organization on turnover intention which has an influence with a value of -0.403, and (4) transformational leadership, work engagement, and organizational culture variables simultaneously influence turnover intention.
