Abstract
Development for the public interest carried out in various regions creates a condition for the need for land to support existing development, the method is carried out in accordance with Law no. 2 of 2012 is to carry out Land Procurement for Development in the Public Interest with the intention of obtaining land by providing appropriate compensation to the community who owns the land. In the construction of the Cinere-Jagorawi toll road Section II, land acquisition was carried out, but in terms of the compensation process, there were several obstacles that hampered the development process. Barriers to the provision of compensation in the Cinere-Jagorawi toll road construction project Section II is the community's rejection of the amount of compensation. In conducting this research, the researcher examines the compensation process and also the obstacles in the process of implementing compensation payments for land acquisition for the Cinere-Jagorawi toll road construction project Section II with the type of empirical research.
