Abstract

Sisnaker is an application created to facilitate the dissemination of information about employment to the public. Sisnaker is a manifestation of the implementation of E-Government which is growing so rapidly lately. For this reason, so that people do not believe in products made by the government and participate in the services provided, an evaluation is needed to analyze the level of usability of the applications made. So this analysis is carried out as an evaluation material for the Sisnaker application, which is expected to be useful for using the next usability testing method to test the usability of the application. In testing some of the usability aspects above, it can be said that the usability of the application is quite good, and aspects of learning ability, memory, and satisfaction are already in fairly good criteria. It's just that some things need to be improved again, namely about the level of efficiency and errors in the application that need to be repaired again. For this reason, a recommendation for improvement given by this author is based on the design guidelines according to Jakob Nielsen, including improvements regarding flexibility and efficiency of use, error prevention, and recognition rather than recall. From these guidelines, recommendations for improvements are provided on the application login page, notifications of the latest job vacancies on the homepage, bookmark features to make it easier for users to save the required information, as well as notification of information that the existing system is undergoing maintenance for repairs
