Abstract

In a company dedicated to the buying and selling of products, one of the most important factors that support the running of the company is the customer. The same is true for PT. Lintang Nusantara Niaga, a company that offers barcode systems, software, and hardware to other companies, namely manufacturing, logistics, and hospitals that always put customers first. The customer data management system can be a solution in helping manage customer data so that the quality of service to customers can be improved. PT. Lintang Nusantara Niaga produces a customer data management system that is built using the Agile method from the results of the PIECES analysis on the current system. The website-based proposal system has features such as data management, which will help PT. Lintang Nusantara Niaga in improving service quality. So that it will bring more value to the relationship between the company and its customers, the results of this study are a website-based customer data management information system at PT. Lintang Nusantara Niaga. This system produces customer data management features, sales, and purchases and can display customer data reports.
