Abstract
The rapid development of the business world makes companies compete to be able to improve the quality of their companies in order to gain the trust of investors. Big profits will create high company value. This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity, leverage, and profitability on firm value in transportation & logistics sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The independent variables in this study are liquidity (CR), leverage (DER), and profitability (ROA). While the dependent variable in this study is the firm value which is proxied using price book value (PBV). By using the purposive sampling method, 22 transportation & logistics companies were obtained during the 2018-2020 period. The data analysis technique in this study used panel data regression analysis with the help of E-views 12 with a significance level of 5%. The results show that liquidity has a significance value of 0,6275, which means that liquidity has no effect on firm value, while leverage affects firm value with a significance value of 0,0000 and profitability has no effect on firm value with a significance value of 0,3200.
