Abstract
Humans as an important part of an organization have differences in both the ability and limitations of energy. So that humans can work and produce optimal output, it is important to pay attention to various aspects related to human work. INASGOC or Indonesian Asian Games 2018 Organizing Committee is an official committee formed by the Indonesian government after being appointed Indonesia as the host of the 18th Asian Games. In order for the realization of a sense of security and comfort for each volunteer in carrying out his work. Then it is necessary to do research on mental workload and burnout (Maslach Burnout Inventory) volunteers. Measurement of mental workload using the NASA TLX and burnout method with the Maslach Burnout Inventory questionnaire. The calculation results show that there are still high and moderate levels of mental workload. The results of processing with SPSS software for a series of statistical tests is that there is no significant relationship between the mental workload on the Maslach Burnout Inventory, or it can be said that the mental workload does not have much influence on the Maslach Burnout Inventory
