Abstract

This research that has been done is a study using quantitative descriptive research methods that aim to analyze and find out whether there is an influence of sales promotion and quality of service on customer satisfaction. In this study, we used a sample of 100 respondents with non-probability sampling methods and sampling technique is purposive sampling and the population used is FEB UPN Veteran Jakarta students who use Grab Food feature on the Grab application. In the data collection of this study using the dissemination of online questionnaires with google form to FEB UPN Veteran Jakarta students who use Grab Food feature. Furthermore, in analyzing this research data using inferential analysis through PLS with SmartPLS 3 software, after calculating the data obtained the results, namely, that (1) sales promotion is a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction (2) the quality of service has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.
