Abstract
This research is a quantitative research that has he aim of testing, knowing, and proving the influence of Leadership Style, Job Stres, and Loyality on Employe Performance. This was carried out on employes of the HR & GA Division of PT ALTRAK 1978 JAKARTA, with sample size 50 employes. The analysis technique used in this research is Descriptive Analysis and Inferential Analysis which includes Validity Test, Reliability Test, Coefficient of Determination Test, and Hypothesis Testing using SmaartPLS 3. Futhermore, it is obtained that (1) Leadership Style has a significan influence on Employe Performance in the HR & GA Divison of PT ALTRAK 1978 JAKARTA, (2) Job Stres has no significant effect on HR & GA Divison of PT ALTRAK 1978 JAKARTA, (3) Loyality has a significant effect on HR & GA Divison of PT ALTRAK 1978 JAKARTA, and (4) Leadership Style, Job Stres, and Loyality have a significant effect together on HR & GA Divison of PT ALTRAK 1978 JAKARTA.
