Abstract

Monitoring is needed for supervision and control of employee performance as a measure of the success of the company's quality so that it can embody the vision and mission of an institute. The design of the monitoring system can increase awareness for employees to have targets in the work they do and can increase the productivity of employee performance in the company. At PT Tugu Reasuransi Indonesia, it does not yet have an automated monitoring system in uniting its employees. Therefore, an employee monitoring system is needed so that the operational activities of employee performance can run optimally and stable. Website-based monitoring system design to make it easier for employees to access data and information in real time. The system design method used in this research is the PIECES method in analyzing the system, and the Prototype method in developing the system, as well as system modeling using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The expected result of this research is the creation of an information system for monitoring employee performance in order to facilitate superiors in supervising and controlling the performance of employees and employees can get work results in a well-documented manner.
