Abstract

Simpul seribu is a website managed by Balai Taman Nasional Laut Kepulauan Seribu, simpul seribu is used to apply for SIMAKSI. Since 2018, more than 245 SIMAKSI have been published. The number of users using the website does not guarantee user satisfaction on this website. Because of that, website alanysis is needed. This research measures 5 aspects of usability such as: 1) effectiveness, 2) number of errors, 3) task time, 4) overall relative efficiency, and 5) task level satisfaction. Techniques of data collection is interviews. Based on the research, none of the respondents could complete all of the given task scenarios. Task scenario 2 is the task scenario with the highest number of erros (114 errors) and the lowest efficiency level of 22%. The result of this research are recommendations to improvements and mock up design to improve the quality of simpul seribu website.
