Abstract

COMPLETION OF RENT DISPUTE RENTING A HOUSE FOR THE RENTAL TRANSFER TRANSFER FUNCTION TO BECOME A BUSINESS PLACE RIZKIANITA AMELIA Abstract Residential lease agreements occur because of the lack of land and costs for residents who don’t have a place to live. A lease-agreement is an agreement made by two parties, in which one party provides the benefits and enjoyment of the leased goods with certain payment, and with a certain period of time. In lease agreements, there are many transfers of functions of rental objects that are not in accordance with the agreement made in an agreement in written form that has been agreed and signed by the parties. The objectives of this study are: 1). To find out about the law Consequences for tenants who have defaulted in the lease agreement to the transfer of the function of the object of the lease into a place of business, 2). Knowing the completion of residential housing for the transfer of the function of the object of the lease into a place of business. The research method used in this study is an empirical juridical method using primary data in the form of field studies and direct interviews with informants in the case. The approach used is sociological advice with the help of laws and other legal sources. The results of this study are tenants who consider defaults with legal considerations of fulfilling achievements with the approval of losses and the case is resolved by way of negotiations between parties.
