Abstract
Information Technology is currently widely implemented as a means or daily facility, the existence of information technology is to help human activities to inform or spread the information. But no doubt there are still many small places that still do not utilize information technology so that information is still slow moving. In the case of village head elections there is a registration stage where, conventionally, there is a need for a sizable fee, every implementation because it requires printing of registration requirements documents, and for the selection stage of registration of prospective village head candidates where the selection process is not seen transparently, only the committee knows how the weight of the assessment raises suspicious questions. One of the information system technology innovations is using a web-based application where the application is designed according to their needs so that the Village Head Election Application can be used to register the village head and select the files of prospective registrants.
