Abstract
Financial reporting is a definite system or cycle carried out by a company. Current digital recording systems have assisted many companies in producing detailed and accurate financial reports, but many companies are still transitioning from manual to digital recording with the aim of producing neat, accurate, and efficient records. The implementation of Accurate Online as an accounting recording application at Indonesia Construction Architecture Network is the main focus of this final project. This project is motivated by several complex financial recording problems, including unsystematic recording, lack of integration, and dependence on manual recording such as spreadsheets. These conditions make Indonesia Construction Architecture Network’s financial reporting process inefficient and highly prone to errors. Given these problems, the objective of this project is to develop Indonesia Construction Architecture Network into a company with neat, accurate, and effective digital financial records so that financial reports can be produced more quickly and precisely. We began the project in stages: conducting interviews with company stakeholders, observing by visiting the office, analyzing company financial transactions, recording the company’s opening balances, implementing Accurate Online, supervising ongoing transaction recording, and preparing financial statements through Accurate Online. The results of this project are successful assistance to Indonesia Construction Architecture Network in organizing the company’s opening data, recording financial transactions in a neater and more structured manner, and producing profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements that are well-organized, up-to-date, and detailed based on transactions for the period January through April 2026 in Accurate Online.
