Abstract

ABSTRACT The Kemang Utara Photocopy MSME faces several operational challenges, including inefficient order queues caused by manual record-keeping, technical errors in the printing process, limited access to inventory information, and the absence of a delivery service, all of which reduce effectiveness and time efficiency for both customers and the shop owner. This study aims to design a prototype hyperlocal ordering website and mobile application that simplifies the service ordering process, improves operational efficiency, and supports the digital development of the Kemang Utara Photocopy MSME. The Research and Development (R&D) method based on the Borg & Gall model was applied, comprising needs analysis through interviews and observations, system feature design, and prototype design and implementation using Figma. Usability testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) was conducted on three platforms: the customer app, the mobile admin app, and the admin website, yielding average scores of 83.5 (Grade A), 80 (Grade A-), and 77.5 (Grade B+), respectively—all above the industry average and classified as "acceptable." These results indicate that the GOAT.k prototype effectively addresses issues related to queuing, printing errors, inventory access, and delivery needs, and may serve as a reference for developing hyperlocal ordering systems for similar MSMEs.
