Abstract
Document management at the Faculty of Computer Science, UPN “Veteran” Jakarta is still conducted separately using various media, resulting in difficulties in searching, risk of data loss, and lack of access control. To address these issues, a web-based integrated repository application was designed and developed to improve efficiency and security in document management. The development method used is Extreme Programming (XP) with UML as the system design approach. The resulting application provides features such as document management, search functionality, and role-based access control. Testing using the Black Box method shows that the application functions according to user requirements, while the results of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) show that the system is well accepted by end users. This application improves document management to be more structured, efficient, and easily accessible.
