Abstract

The Evaluation and Reporting Division (EVKAT) of the Language Training Center (Pusdiklat Bahasa) under the Ministry of Defence's Human Resources Agency (BPSDM Kemhan) is responsible for managing annual training monograph data. Previously, this data management was performed manually—consolidating information from various physical and digital sources into Excel spreadsheets—resulting in slow data processing and visualization workflows. This research aims to design and develop a web-based dashboard system for visualizing annual training monograph data to enhance data processing efficiency and support stakeholder decision-making. The system was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology, utilizing PHP, a MySQL database, and the Chart.js library for interactive data visualization. The system supports two user roles—the EVKAT Administrator and the Sub-Division Head—and features a statistical dashboard, training data visualizations, cross-year data comparison filters, Excel/CSV data upload capabilities, and report export functions. Black Box Testing confirmed that all features operate as intended and yield valid results. By consolidating monograph data presentation onto a single dashboard page, the system facilitates easier access to information for decision-making purposes. Furthermore, centralizing data management within a single database simplifies the process for administrative staff to manage data for subsequent years.
