Abstract
The management of student organization (Ormawa) activities within the Faculty of Computer Science (FIK) still faces several challenges because event information dissemination, participant registration, and attendance recording are handled through separate platforms. This condition reduces operational efficiency and makes data integration more difficult. In addition, the use of Google Forms and manual attendance recording methods increases the time required to manage participant data and compile attendance reports. This study aims to design and develop a web-based activity management application for FIK student organizations equipped with a QR Code-based multi-session attendance system. The proposed application is expected to assist organizers in managing activities more effectively while enabling students to access event information and register more conveniently. The research employed the Waterfall development method, with data collected through interviews and literature studies. System validation was carried out using the Black Box Testing method to verify that all application features and functionalities operated in accordance with user requirements and expected outcomes. The results indicate that the application successfully integrates event management, participant registration, and QR Code-based multi-session attendance into a single platform, with all 43 testing scenarios completed successfully.
