Abstract

Darunna'im Yapia Islamic Boarding School still faces limitations in conventional student health information management, particularly regarding the handling of scabies skin disease. The unintegrated documentation of medical examination history, dormitory hygiene monitoring, and educational material distribution triggers slow medical intervention and sanitation evaluation. This study aims to build a web based Knowledge Management System application that integrates educational modules, health screening, hygiene compliance observation, room attendance, online consultation, and analytical dashboards within a single unified portal. This project was developed by applying the Agile method through a Scrum framework adapted for a single developer known as Personal Scrum. The technologies utilized include React and Tailwind CSS on the frontend layer as well as Node.js and Express on the backend layer, which were completed in six sprint cycles. System evaluation was conducted using Black Box Testing and User Acceptance Testing techniques. The Black Box Testing results confirm that all functions across six user roles operate in accordance with expected specifications. Meanwhile, the User Acceptance Testing achieved a perfect average score of 5.00 out of 5 on the Likert scale, categorized as "Very Suitable". The implementation of this system is proven to boost clinical administration efficiency, expand student medical literacy, and assist boarding school leaders in mitigating the spread of scabies swiftly and measurably.
