Abstract
CV Teknindo Prima, a company engaged in the supply of generator sets, marine engines, and diesel engine spare parts, has long relied on manual record-keeping to manage its inventory, resulting in various issues such as data inaccuracies, delayed information, and difficulties in monitoring stock comprehensively. The findings from the PIECES analysis served as the basis for developing a Web-Based Inventory Information System using the Waterfall method, with PHP, the Laravel framework, and MySQL. The system is capable of managing item data, categories, suppliers, inbound and outbound transactions, and inventory reports in an integrated digital environment. It also provides automatic notifications when stock reaches the minimum threshold and has been tested using the Black Box Testing method. The implementation of this system has improved operational efficiency, data accuracy, and the quality of information used to support decision-making within the company.
