Abstract
The Cyber Intelligence Center (Pussiber Inteltekhan) of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Indonesia is a unit under the Ministry of Defense, primarily responsible for managing cybersecurity and defense technology intelligence. Its operations still require manual monitoring of cybersecurity news, resulting in inefficient time. Based on these challenges, this research aims to design and build a web-based interactive data dashboard capable of automating the collection, storage, and visualization of cybersecurity news data to support analysis and decision-making. The methods used include needs analysis using a piecewise approach and system design using an object-oriented approach, supported by UML modeling tools such as use case diagrams, activity diagrams, class diagrams, and sequence diagrams. The result of this research is an interactive dashboard system capable of displaying data visualizations in the form of graphs of time trends, news categories, and news sources. This system facilitates the process of monitoring cybersecurity information in a faster, more structured, and more informative manner, thereby increasing efficiency and supporting decision-making.
