Abstract
Field Work Practice (Praktik Kerja Lapangan/PKL) at SMKN 1 Kota Bekasi is still managed manually using physical documents, making the process vulnerable to information delays, data duplication, and difficulties in managing and monitoring PKL activities. This study aims to develop a web-based information system that supports the integrated management of PKL activities, including user management, partner companies, internship vacancies, student registration, recommendation letters, participant placement, daily journals, and final reports. The system was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology. During the requirements planning phase, the existing problems were analyzed using the PIECES framework to identify weaknesses in the current system. The application was developed using the Laravel framework due to its flexibility, security, and ease of development. System testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method with a total of 100 test cases. In addition, the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) results achieved an "Excellent" rating, with user satisfaction scores ranging from 83% to 92%, indicating that the developed system effectively improves the efficiency of PKL management while facilitating administrative processes, monitoring, and reporting for all system users
