Abstract
This study employs a quantitative approach to empirically examine the effect of Carbon Performance and Green Investment on Firm Value, with Board Expertise as a moderating variable. The research population consists of 91 energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2022 to 2024. A sample of 36 energy firms was selected using a purposive sampling method, resulting in a total of 108 firm-year observations. Data were analyzed using panel data regression with STATA 12 software at a 5% significance level. The analysis results show that carbon performance does not significantly impact firm value. Green investment does not significantly impact firm value. Furthermore, board expertise does not moderate the effect of carbon performance on firm value, nor does it moderate the effect of green investment on firm value.
